Mobile App

The Pariah mobile app (iOS/Android) is built for frontline staff on a shift: real-time alerts, quick manual lookups, and incident logging.

Signing in

Sign in with your operator credentials. Accounts are created on the web — there's a "sign up on web" link on the login screen for new organisations.

Biometric unlock

If your device supports Face ID / Touch ID, you can require it to reopen the app. Enable it under Profile → {Face ID} Unlock.

• It locks on cold start — when the app has been fully closed and reopened.
• Your session stays locked on the device until you verify; failed or cancelled verification keeps you locked, with the option to sign in with your password instead.
• It's a local device unlock over your existing session, so it works alongside staying signed in across shifts.

Alerts & notifications

Matches and incidents push to your device in real time. Acknowledge them individually, or use Ack All to clear a backlog at once.

Manual lookup

Capture a face and search it against your Facebase. This uses cloud search and counts toward your organisation's monthly quota (see Billing). Treat results as probabilistic and apply human judgement.

Incidents

Log incidents from the floor, attach context, and link relevant detections. Incident records sync with the dashboard for follow-up.

Billing

Owners can view plan and billing status in-app, mirroring the web billing screen, including the FAQ and cancellation flow.
